Terms of Service

SHIPPING POLICY:

1. Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
2. All orders will ship in 1-2 business days.
3. Approximately shipping time 4-7 business days.
4. Please keep in mind, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

PAYMENT POLICY:

We accept PayPal or credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your PayPal or credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

RETURNS POLICY:

1. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

2. Our website accept 60 days free return policy, if item is defective.
Before returning any item please contact Our Customer Service Team to discuss your reason for requiring a return.

3. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.

3.1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, if you just changed your mind.
3.2. Only items that have been purchased directly from our website, can be returned to our distribution center.
3.3. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all parts and documentation that were included when you received it.
